What is a ROKU?
A ROKU is a device that connects to your TV (using a cable) and streams your favorite programs and movies via the Internet.
The library carries 3 different models for check out:
ROKU 1 (older ROKU 2 model):
For use with non-HDMI TVs. We provide composite cables.
Wi-Fi only.
ROKU 2 & ROKU 3:
For use with HDMI TVs only.
Can be connected via Wi-Fi or directly with an Ethernet cable (we do not provide Ethernet).
Channels available: Crackle, SmartSenior, PBS, Crunchy Roll, and more.
Where to find: ROKU in SUNCAT
Checkout period: 1 week.
Checkout/Return: ROKUs are to be checked out and returned at the Circulation/Information desk.
