The Florida Driver License Handbook.

The Official Florida Driver License Handbook can be viewed at the Driving Tests website, which is accessible through a partnership with the Sarasota County Library System.

To access the site go to Sarasota County Libraries' Digital Library and click on the subheading that says Driving-Tests.org.

The link for the handbook is here.  The 2022 revised version is the most current.

You can review the handbook in text or audio versions.  There are also practice test options. In addition to information about regular driver’s licenses there also is information on motorcycle licenses and commercial driver’s licenses.   That website link is here.

The full handbook also can be downloaded at the Florida Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles website. Go to the “Resources” tab and select “Handbooks and Manuals” from the dropdown menu. The first subheading – Florida Driver’s Handbook – offers English, Spanish and Kreol versions of the manual, as well as a link for study guide answer locations.

  1. It sucks that the handbook is no longer printed but we have to print out 103 pages if we want it to study. This is service? Not.

  3. I found a viable option to printing all 103 pages of the Official Florida Drivers' Handbook. That is to purchase a soft copy on Amazon for $15.00. The printer ink and paper alone would probably cost more. Not to mention, you will have a keepsake to memorialize your accomplishment! Happy driving! Positive
