Mobile Printing Services

If you have documents and photos you need printed but they are on your computer or phone, we offer several options for sending print jobs to your local library from home. You can submit print jobs through the following methods:


The preferred mobile printing methods are to upload the file directly through the ePRINTit SaaS mobile app or the website submission form. Both of these methods offer customized print features, including:

  • Larger file size per file (100 mb)
  • Number of copies
  • Page range (pages 3-4 of a larger document)
  • Single sided or double sided printing


Email submissions are more limited, with the following:

  • One copy
  • Full document
  • Single Sided
  • Limited file size (7kb-25mb)

There is no charge for printing.  However, printing is limited to 30 pages a day per patron and is black and white only.  


Releasing your print request

Note: For privacy, please use your name, library card number or a unique name to type into the print release kiosk. A submission with print123 will get combined with other patrons using print123.

Print requests are available for up to 48 hours after submission.

You may use the print release kiosk to release your mobile printing submissions via the library computer, ScanEZ (Print to Copy for photocopying) or mobile printing.

  • Printing from our computers: Type or scan your library card number or guest/visitor pass.
  • Mobile Printing (can be picked up at any of our libraries)
    • App: Type the name/library card number you supplied for this print request. The app's Jobs section should indicate that the print job is ready.
    • Submission form: Type the name you supplied for your mobile printing submission.
    • Email: Type the release code from your email confirmation. Our print release queue cannot sort/search by email address.
  • Printing/Copying from the ScanEZ station: Type the name you supplied for your ScanEZ Scan to Copy submission.

Closure Notice

Fruitville Renovation

Renovations and expansion building works will be happening at Fruitville Library, which will require Fruitville Library to temporarily close on Dec. 18. The reimagined library is scheduled to reopen in July 2026.

Holds Pickup Interruption at Fruitville Library

With the closure of the Fruitville Library, there will be a brief period over the holidays when you will be unable to pick up your holds.
To ensure you receive your long-awaited items, please pick them up by 8 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 17. Our portable library pickup option will be available in early January.

If you prefer, you may also change your hold pickup location to another library before that date. If you need assistance updating your pickup location, please call 941-861-1110.
