Q. Is curbside pickup available?

Curbside pickup is available at our library branches. You can schedule a curbside pickup appointment by calling 941-861-1110.

How it works:

1. Request an item through the catalog or by phone at 941-861-1110 and choose a pickup library. 
2. When the item is listed as "Ready for Pickup" (accompanied by an email notification), call 941-861-1110 to set up your appointment. Appointments are in 15-minute increments during our operating hours. Please allow 24 hours prior to your desired pick-up time.
3. Drive to the library's designated curbside pickup spot at your appointed time. Call to let staff know you have arrived.
4. Staff will check out your items and bring them out to you.
