CloudLibrary logoGood news for Kindle Fire users!

As of November 1st 2023, with the release of the CloudLibrary mobile app version 5.9.4, users can install the CloudLibrary app directly from the Amazon App Store!

For instructions on installing the CloudLibrary Fire app, please visit the CloudLibrary FAQs, https://www.yourcloudlibrary.com/frequently-asked/, scroll down to the Fire heading, and click "How do I install or update the app on my Fire?"

Issues with the CloudLibrary app on your Kindle Fire?

If you are experiencing an issue with installing the CloudLibrary app on your Kindle Fire, we may ask for the following information.

You may also directly submit your question in the "Submit Your Question" form on this page.

  • Your Device Model (example Kindle HD 10 13th gen)

  • Fire OS version (Settings > Device Options > System Updates)

  • If you have installed CloudLibrary:

    • Which app store did you use: Amazon App Store, Google Play Store

    • CloudLibrary Version (search CloudLibrary on the Appstore app and verify the version in the Privacy tab)

  • Did you receive a message indicating a charge/fee or an error message?

    • A screenshot of the error message receive or type out the message. For example, if the device is showing a charge to use the CloudLibrary app.

    • brief description of when it occurs (trying to install the app, opening the app)
