Each device is a bit different. Please find your device name below for instructions on how to find it's operating system version or model number. These are important to reference as many apps and programs mention their minimum requirements to operate.

Apple iPhone/iPad

  1. Open Settings
  2. Select General

  3. Select About
  4. The numbers next to Software Version shows your current operating system version (i.e.,10, 14.2, 15.3.1). Below that, Model Name is the name of your particular device (i.e., iPhone 12, iPhone 13 Pro)

Android Phone/Tablet

  1. Open Settings
  2. Select About or About Device/Phone
  3. You should then see Android Version which shows your current operating system version as numbers (7.0, 8.2, etc.), and Phone/Device Name, which will show the model name of your device (Samsung Galaxy s22, Google Pixel 6, etc.).

  4. If you do not see the operating system version, select Software information.

  2. Click System
  3. You should now see information about your computer and your computer system.

Note: The ebooks that we currently offer through cloudLibrary and hoopla are not compatible with Kindle Paperwhite or Oasis models.
